How it works:
1. Industry-Led Workshops
Learn directly from experienced established crew across key departments. Understand set hierarchy, roles when working in a multi-person department, expectations, and safety protocols.
2. Team-Based Pre-Production
Participants are placed into cross-department teams to plan a studio shoot. You’ll collaborate on creative direction, logistics, scheduling, and risk management. Mentors act as Heads of Department - just like a real production.
3. Studio Shoot Day
Step onto set and execute your plan. Work in your role, alongside mentors, using professional workflows and equipment.
4. Watch Party & Feedback
Screen the finished work, receive mentor feedback, and get connected to crew calls, referrals, and entry-level job opportunities.
